Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we do with your personal details when you use this website or get in touch with us. We are A-Z Decorators, painters and decorators working throughout Kent. If you have any question about it, email a-zdecorators@live.co.uk or call 01622 435 450.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

  • your name, email address, phone number and message when you use the contact form;
  • the details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp;
  • if you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use this website (see below).

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit or quotation, and carry out and follow up any work you ask us to do. We do this because you asked us to, and because it is in our legitimate interest to run our business. We never sell your details and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who else sees it

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email through Web3Forms, a form service, to us and to Seonat Ltd, the company that looks after this website for us. Our email and phone providers hold the messages we receive, as they would for any business. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives information about your visit. Some pages show a Google map, and our home page shows Google reviews through Trustindex; those come from Google and Trustindex.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete them.

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies if you accept them. You can change your mind at any time. Our Cookie Policy explains what we use.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, and ask us to correct them, delete them or stop using them. To do any of these, email a-zdecorators@live.co.uk or call 01622 435 450. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
